Strengthening of Institutional Management at Four Polytechnics in Eastern Indonesia
Overall objective
- To increase the quality and capacity of the educational institutions in Eastern Indonesia in order to increase the human resource quality inEastern Indonesiaregion
- To offer the quality training that produces the competent graduates demanded by the regional labour market ofEastern Indonesia
- To conduct and publish researches that are relevant for the development of their sector and
- To deliver quality community services that make them important actors in the local knowledge system of their sector
Specific objective
- To improve the performance in governance, human resource, physical resources, academics, and finance at all management levels in the four polytechnics
To strengthen the functionality of all management units at the four polytechnics in order to improve its capability and productivity in producing high quality graduates. These objectives are in line with the HELTS and contribute towards the realisation of its three basic policies: competitiveness, autonomy and organisational health
