• The importance of passion
• Ways to install passion in yourself and facilitate it in others

Objectives:
At the end of their training period the trainees are able to:

• Get understanding of the concept of quality in general and quality of education in particular;
• debate on European quality standards and the usability of the model  of the European Foundation for Quality Management  for Education;
• understand the importance of leadership in quality assurance;
• debate on personal leadership;
• assess themselves on their leadership skills;
• compare the quality assurance system in Rumania with the Netherlands;
• discuss the methods and instruments for measuring quality in  training, designs questionnaires, performance indicators;
• understand the concept of auditing;
• exercise in auditing skills;
• debate the importance of passion in education.
